The Mower County C.A.R.E. Council's Mission is to produce, copy and distribute child abuse prevention informational materials and provide educational opportunities in child abuse and neglect prevention to local community agencies, faith communities, businesses and citizens.  C.A.R.E. Council members include service providing agencies and citizens that represent the following groups: parents, businesses, faith communities, and racial and ethnic minority communities.  C.A.R.E. Council Meets 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., the third Tuesday of each month at the Mower County Senior Center.
